Isn't that brand new (goes off to find out...) it was built in 2005. Several of the real estate blurbs talk about the building being ground breaking, but there are several post war houses in Sydney that remind me of this building. It really reminds me of some of Harry Seidlers work. For $6.5 million I think I'd rather an original art deco apartment in Potts Point (and keep the leftover change).
Though I'd like the view of the Harbour.
I agree....not really "ground breaking" but I was referring more to the design cues lol. Real Estate Agents - you have to love them.
