WTB: vintage 4-pocketed sports coat

Specifically, one with 4 patch pockets. Prefer double breasted but will accept SB as well. Any color, fabric and patterns will be considered.

I'm a size 38 but with long arms. Jacket needs to have arm length or potential arm length of 24"-25".
