WTB: Vintage Grosgrain Ribbon - Dark Purple - 1 1/2" - 1 3/4"

Hello All--

I am looking for a yard or so (at least enough for one hat) of deep purple/eggplant vintage grosgrain for a restoration project. Widths 1 1/2", 1 5/8" or 1 3/4" would work.

Please let me know if you might have something appropriate and be willing to sell me a yard.

Also, please let me know if there are any sources for new rayon/cotton grosgrain that I could try. Have already scoured Ebay and Etsy for vintage. Is there a source that custom hatters use or are they all just buying up whatever vintage ribbon they can find?

I use FiniRibbon on Etsy and VintageTrims on Ebay. I have not found a good source for modern grosgrain ribbon. Guy Morse Brown sells some but the colour palette is limited. I have a purple but it is not a dark purple more of a Royal purple def not eggplant.
