You get told off by the pimply supermarket check-out assistant for repeatedly hitting the robot check out machine with a ginger ale bottle.
Okay. Maybe I was trying to scan the barcode a bit too vigorously when the machine decided to go on its third break in 2 minutes.
She got angry again when I kicked it, and told me that would not fix it. I told her it made me feel better, and the other shoppers seemed to agree.
These are awful machines designed by bad people.
