Before we all shopped online with the click of a mouse, we thumbed through catalogs! Though I get a lot of junk, there are a few gems I look forward to checking out.
Of course there are the usuals, J. Peterman and Brooks Brothers. I also LOVE the annual Ikea catalog, and I'm anxiously awaiting the new one.
A fun catalog with lots of random things is the Vermont Country Store book. One of my favorites was the Intergalactic Trading Company, with all sorts of TV and sci-fi collectibles. I think they only have the online catalog now, no more print catalogs.
I just came across this site, Betty's Attic, tonight and ordered a catalog. It looks like it has all sorts of vintage goodies.
