Not doubting you but I don't understand why centrifugal force (centrepetal?) wouldn't keep the jackets plastered to the side.of the spinning wash tub. Seems like it would be safe from destruction in that manner.

You know, I can see the benefit of a slow dry but also, I would be concerned that mold would start growing in the damp lining, especially. My experience is that drying takes about a day and I utilize multiple methods with short exposure times to each method. Air dry, low clothes dryer, air only...

Walter Dyer, in natural light. I'm not 100% certain if this is steer or goat. It's squeaky factor is may 3/10 unlike a known goatskin jacket that is more like a 7/10 squeaky. FWIW. Cheers!

New to me, Walter Dyer. Heavy. Warm. Fits pretty well. I managed to get the crappy chest pocket zipper tabs off and put on ring chains. I like the way those look much better. It was a fiddly little chore but worked out in the end. Cheers!
