Barbecuing again. Chicken thighs and a bottle of Shiraz I picked up in Australia in February. My second time doing chicken thighs. They turned out great, but still room for improvement. The wine was excellent.
The hat was the regular barbecue hat - Akubra Cattleman.

I had tickets to see him in London with my brother (who was living there) in the ‘90s, but there was a mix-up with the dates and the concert happened after I’d already flown back to New Zealand. It ended up going to a friend of my brother’s.
