Today....it’s time for a return of the black Nutria cause i just had to wear it.
It’s becoming my favorite when i wanna be black hat guy.
Be well. Bowen
Grey in the morning with some light showers, sun in the early afternoon
Borsalino Qualità Extra Superiore "Debrosan" style and "Radium" is the color
Sold in Milano some years ago, around the fifties, more or less
Felt is light-medium consistency, very malleable without steam
Three pleaded ribbon with three lines bow
Stefan founded it on the North European market and Fleur of Penumbra Hats clean and restored this beauty.
A huge thanks for you all, I really appreciate your likes and kind words
Stand out Stetson, Alan, worn and presented in stand out style. I want one [emoji4]Very limited palette today... the only color in my wardrobe are my socks and the purple details on the inside of my hat.

You're welcome, Alan. Much obliged [emoji4]Thanks Steve... will keep an eye out for you.
Nice John. Is that a back/side bow?Hey all!
This Keith Brothers "The Tiger Special" sees the sun today. It is my oldest hat, from about 1915, give or take a couple years. There are more detailed pics of it in the Keith Brothers Hats and Caps thread that I took when it arrived. The original oh-so-carefully rumpled almost-backbow is shown (it was crumbling into dust), as well as the sticker (also crumbled in the repair process) and the stamp of the sweatband manufacturer is visible too.
Trying a center dent look on it.
Have a great day!

I like that style. Cool hat, John. I leaves me wondering though if that almost backbow was always intended that wayHey all!
