Has anyone tried the Reuzel Pomades? Evidently they offer a water based- the Red Tin and a Grease based -Green Tin. Feedback??

I girnd mine at home almost daily. I don't have anything fancy just a Braun Grinder which is about 14 years old now. Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced grinder??, nothing fancy or expensive.

Thanks that is a pretty good price. I was just trying to avoid paying shipping. I don't know what it is about the stuff. I have other hair products but I always love coming back to this. Not only does it keep the hair slick and shiny all day, but it leaves itsofter and healthier as well.

Seraph, you are lucky your Walgreens still carries it. The local Walgreens here has stopped carrying it. I go to a barber who is young but does the old school way of cutting and will use this product on me. It really does a trick on a sideparted contour and leaves a really nice shine that...

When I do use water based Layrite Superhold is my favorite. I also like Bonafide Superior Hold, it has a nice clean citrus scent and the hold is slightly less then the LSH, but is still a great product as well. Agreed Suavecito is cheaper but does harden very quickly.

What is the hold like using it over Iron Society? I love Brylcreem but it has a tendancy to soften up my hair and make it fall. What kind of style do you use it for Matt?

I used to Jonny O. But people are used to my so called "greaser look" now.

Iron Society is awesome stuff. One of my favorite pomades, very unique scent. Hard to describe it.
