We are just about the same height, Eastman recommended me getting a size 44 so i think you should be fine with a size 42. Most of my WWII field jackets are sized 44 and fit perfectly.

Hello everyone, Iam looking for a new/used Eastman B-3 jacket without any patches and or nametags/wings. I prefer the seal brown facings one. .50 Cal jacket would also be great! Iam located in Europe so i'd prefer a seller within Europe. Cheers!
