The ribbon is the best part of the hat. For a vintage lid, it is - hands down - the worst quality felt I have ever seen. I swear there are bits of rabbit leather or sinew in the mix. I pulled a couple really egregious ones out, one leaving a nice divot in the front of the brim. It's a decent...
