Hi all.
I absolutely love the rust red knits found on Aero's 40-3875-P... I have one and the rust and jerky seal leather combination are wonderfully unique.
I have another jacket I need to replace the knits on and was wondering if anyone had any idea how to get just the rust knits.

Any gently-used B-6 or D-1 repros out there for sale? Size would be a 'long' 40 or a regular 42 at most.
I know this was a rare jacket to survive the war, and I find that they are rare for repros as well!

My G&B A-2 is a Type 43, size 42, as can be read about here. My particular jacket's color is a lighter russet than the G&B Web site shows...you can view it below. It is a very good jacket, but my...
Had haggis for breakfast (!) one morning in Glen Nevis at a B&B...it was absolutely fantastic. I wouldn't've thought it a morning meal, but you know what? It works! Love it.

Thank you indeed for the heads-up. On mine, the 19" shoulder width is exactly right...any smaller and it'd be a bind. Good point.
I know a few people looking for A-2s... I'll ask around and point 'em your way.
Regards.
