In two weeks, I'll be 24. It's funny how as a child/teen you can't wait to turn 18 or 21. Those two birthdays never come fast enough. After you hit 21 though, the months and years just fly by.
Jack Benny, he's always been one of my favorites. He also had a great ensemble with Mary Livingstone, Eddie "Rochester" Anderson, Phil Harris, Don Wilson and Dennis Day.

I saw the special when it first aired around the first of the month. Those were my thoughts exactly....it was rather boring. I expected much more from the documentary. It was quite a downer compared to the excellent docs about Flynn and Thalberg that were previously aired on TCM.
