Because I am OCD, I ended up getting the Medium to compare again. The last time I tried the Medium, I was 20lbs heavier and had a hard time zipping up. No so this time: The body fits perfect. No extra room. Shoulders are snug. Sleeves are shorter than the Large. For reference here...

Not sure if you could tell, but this model comes with side gussets which use long strands of rawhide. I've tucked them in to keep them out of sight.

Yes, this P5525 is lightweight and more like the 654. Will check out the 641hh. If it fits better, will look to flip this one. Otherwise keep. I feel like I still look like the old me versus the thinner me in this jacket. Lol
