Got my new jacket over the weekend. Here are some photos of it's first outing... Cordovan steer hide. Glad I got the waist taper, even with that, I still have the side belts cinched in almost all the way... Liner is Auld Scotland Still needs some breaking in, obviously...

That's so you can cinch it in or let it out... At some point in ones life, this may be a feature that is desirable in a jacket. Like maybe if someone else wears it...

If I were to get another one someday, I think I'd get the board racer in midnight blue.

Just completed an order for a new jacket. Was going back and forth on color, finally decided I liked the cordovan a lot (and I have a brown leather jacket already -- not an Aero). Went with the steerhide because it looked like it had a lot of character in the subtle color variations of the dye...

The top blue is nice. Someday I'll have to get one of those...

Ok, I'm ordering one. Thinking of getting an August in the leather shown on the website (although the cordovan steerhide is also awesome). Will probably have to start a collection. Also interested in seeing more of the unusual leather colors, if anyone has them to post. Will probably eventually...
