I meant the width of the gap... sometimes it is larger than other times, like in the photo I attached, on the larger end.

What's everyone's opinion on the gap you get with shoulder gussets? Between the back and the sleeve. I prefer a snugger fit/smaller gap.

I'd get rid of the Schott, mainly because I think it's garish and ugly. Sorry to say. The other jackets look good, but if you've outgrown one and it's doubtful you'll fit it again, it's time to move on and reinvest.

Three months sounds about right, as it got cooler in the evenings. I found I could wear shorts in the daytimes there quite comfortably for all but 2 weeks in the year I was there!
