After much careful measuring I purchased one on line from Christy's via Hornet Hats. When delivered it was far too tight. Can someone help? Should I order the next size up, or go to a shop to be measured (before ordering again on line where the prices are about 50% of the shop price!)

the hat finally arrived. After waiting more than a month it was too SMALL! I will persevere and get one the right size, i am surprised though by how much the brim curls up. Is there any way I can flatten the brim or substantially reduce the curl of the brim without ruining the hat?

How much do I admire that hat. I have a homburg but the brim curls quite markedly at the sides. I note that your brim is almost flat. Is there a way of "flattening" the brim on a homburg?

Josh, Love the hat, love the look. Ordered a Homburg myself and am awaiting delivery. How did you bash that one? I can see the side dents. Is it a teardrop crease in the crown?
