Where to get Double edge Razor?

You can always ask at the Badger and Blade (badgerandblade.com) forum. Biggest group of wet shaving enthusiasts who would be glad to help you relearn how to shave.

Where do you hang your hat?

I just stick to either keeping them in their boxes when not in use or on hat stands. Aaron Hats as well as a few other online stores sell them for cheap. The stands take up more space but they act like a miniature head for the hats.

Hats in the rain, do they bleed so to speak?

Ah. Well, I didn't get through the whole thread before replying so my bad. Anyway, in case he changes his mind, he now knows where to get his next hat from. :)

Appropriate times to wear a fedora

Sure. Anytime. In fact, I'd say that slacks and a polo shirt is the minimum required to look good in a fedora.

Hats in the rain, do they bleed so to speak?

If you're looking for a cheap hat that doesn't bleed and can hold up in adverse weather conditions, I recommend getting an Akubra. The last I checked (around March 2009) Akubras were going around $80-$144 with shipping included.

What to wear with a fedora....

During the winter, I usually wear a collared shirt of some sort, belt, dark colored jeans or khakis and shoes that match my belt or at least doesn't clash too badly with the belt. Unless you have no regard for dressing for the weather, matching the rest of your clothing shouldn't be too hard. In...

    Military style hair brush

I personally liked the Kent. Mainly because it felt softer than the Acca Kapp Brush but did the job better.

    Kennedy's Hat

Glad to see I'm not the only one that saw it. If you were watching the MSNBC broadcast, they actually said that Ted Kennedy was bringing back the fedora. I'll see if I can scare up a transcript. Also, did anyone else notice the abundance of hat wearers in the crowd every time? As for his hat...

    Help with a Panama please

Both of my hats were blocked in Ecuador and I was fairly pleased (although I didn't realize that getting them blocked in the States was an option until it was too late. :eusa_doh: ) with the results. Both of my hats (or at least my cuenca anyway.) are back woven (as far as I can tell.)...

    Help with a Panama please

The transaction was pretty smooth since I was just looking for a hat that I wouldn't mind accidentally flying into a wood chipper or getting knocked off my head. I ended up with a Fino Cuencano since I wasn't in the mood (or position) to spend more than $100 on another summer hat. Good luck with...

    Help with a Panama please

From what I've heard about Panama Hat Direct on the forum and experienced for myself, it's sort of hit or miss with them. The prices are really cheap if you care about getting a hat that may or may not be what you ordered. I'd recommend PanamaBob since I own two hats from him (a cuencano and a...
