Thank you... I have tried a 618 in size 46 and it was too big in the waist. Schott advised the 613/618 are the same cut and the waist approx. 4” narrower than chest size. I should add I’m from Australia... very little choice here... the local distributor for Schott had a 613 in a 40” and a 618...
