Just found this thread - long ago since the last post...
So here's the one I own (allready shown at the tie thread):
4 fold construction (not written on the label)
I would think it's 40's, because of the pattern - before '44 (just "Goodall")?

Maybe there'll be some news in here!?

Yes I do! Even though mine don't have crazy designs like the ones shown previously (both are plain black), but they're still Palm Beach ties.

The funny thing is...
neither of them have a Palm Beach Label sewn onto the back of the tie. Only a "Uniform Tie" label, which is an anomaly for a Palm Beach tie.

So, how do I know they're made from Palm Beach cloth? Both ties were sold to me as NOS. They came with cardboard inserts and gold tags that state it's Palm Beach fabric, woven by Goodall-Sanford!

Another strange thing about my ties is the fabric composition.

Both contain acetate, a material that no one had ever mentioned on this thread.

WHOA!

Instead of a standard Palm Beach label, this one says Palm SPRINGS! I'm surprised no one's mentioned this label on this thread, let alone found one.
But here we are!

Apparently, this was made before Goodall-Sanford went defunct.
Not mine, but I saw this on Etsy.

I wonder if Dinerman has any information on this particular label...

Here's another odd Palm Beach tie on Etsy. Ever seen a square end Palm Beach tie before?
