My latest blog addresses the appalling lack of manners permeating our society:
This is not the place for shameless self promotion of your blog. It was deleted once, but you didn't get the message. It appears that it wasn't very well-received by the patrons here. Do a little soul searching...
My latest blog entry continues to explore the impact of technology on ladies and gentleman, particularly what it means to be a man (or woman) of letters in the age of email and text messages.

I updated "The Lovable Rogue" website (www.thelovablerogue.com) and added a blog about the challenges of being a gentleman (and lady) in the Digital Age, something my fictional character constantly faces.
Cheers!
The old rule is you should write about what you know. However, with the advent of the internet and access to videos and photos, in addition to informative articles, do you think a writer can effectively set a novel in a location he/she has never been to?
What is style? That is the question I address on my latest blog entry (www.thelovablerogue.com). I maintain that style is first and foremost a state of mind. Without inner style you cannot have outer style. What do you all think?

I'll be the first to admit that I love "real" books. The look, the smell, the way they feel in your hands and the way they look stacked on bookshelves up to the ceiling. Yet, as an aspiring author I am coming to appreciate the way eBooks are opening up what has been a very closed market.

Do any of you living in the San Francisco Bay Area know of a good shoe repair place? Preferably in the South Bay but I'll travel to any place that "endeavors to give satisfaction." Thanks.
I have completely revamped my Lovable Rogue web site. It now includes all ten Lovable Rogue mystery short stories. It also includes a page of pictures of the Collings Foundation WWII bombers at Moffett Field.

I have posted a new Lovable Rogue story to my web site: www.thelovablerogue.com.
For those of you who have never visited the site, it contains some short stories I have written featuring a stylish detective who was born too late for his time. Feedback always welcome!
Best regards,

I would like to share with you some stories I have written that I believe are in the spirit of The Fedora Lounge.
The stories feature the dashing Lovable Rogue and his pursuit of truth, justice and le bon vie. He is a man who should have been living in the Golden Age instead of his current...
