My son's pal gets a Bagel Head when he gets angry. He cant help it, His blood pressure rises and it just happens. Funny thing to witness, when it happens naturally. You don't want to be in his path, though.
This is good info on working with sheers http://www.craftstylish.com/item/86246/how-to-sew-with-sheer-fabrics/page/all
The more sheer the fabric is, the more minimal you would want the seam. For that dress, where it has decorative panels I would stitch the seams, press them to one side...
I have one pair, I wore them dancing and the heel lift caught on a floorboard, and came right off! The bartender had duck tape so I got through the evening. I've since glued it back on. The heel lift is hard plastic, the soles are a plastic composition material.
I used to have one of those curling things (couldn't make it work, but I must have been trying to blow dry long thick soaking wet hair using it) I've seen them in Sally's recently, and they are a good deal bigger than the sculpture pin curler, just so you know and won't be disappointed if you go...
If you're not happy with the fit you probably won't wear it. Even if the original design is supposed to have a lot of ease, if that doesn't appeal to you or flatter you, maybe this dress is not for you?
