I've had a couple '50s Stetsons that could hold their brim shaped any way you'd snap them. It's not a trait you will find on every fedora you handle. I'm sure these gentlemen will point you in the right direction. Good luck. -

Yes. There is a chance I won't wake up tomorrow, but I'm gonna wear a nice suit and we'll made shoes every time I have an excuse. Even custom made, expensive shoes. Bring on the quality. Life is short.- Monte

You know I love my boots, but I just ordered these Beckett Simonon double monks in a Bordeaux color. They batch make them. I think they're slated to arrive in November. They'll be my early Christmas gift... to me.- Monte

Nice contrast on that Heritage pair. I've included my burgundy Jay Butler loafers, my Anderson Bean (Texas) boots, and finally my Guess vintage jacket. The jacket was a found item for 35 or 40 clams.- Monte

New wool offering from Aero!
I like the idea of this better than what I am seeing. I've seen Schaefer wool jackets with leather collar and sleeves that I'd sooner wear. I'm sure it is a quality jacket but looks off to me.- Monte

How to travel with hats
If you wear it, an airport employee will have you remove it and they'll touch it and check under the sweat. It is unpleasant but should not damage it to speak of. -
What do you think about my new AERO
I think it fits great in the shoulder and sleeve. That's usually the hard part. Length looks really natural, creating a kind of fitted look. It's good quality, timeless style, and it fits great. Win, win.- Monte

setting a hat down: brim up or brim down?
Hi. Not sure how you do it but for me,, Stacking a hat inside a sweatband of another hat calls for some layer of protection I have found. Sweat lines are difficult to remove. -
