I doubt you will find a new hat with those dimensions, look for a vintage hat on eBay, perhaps a variation of the Dobbs 20 or 15. Look through the Dobbs Diner thread here and you will see several hats that look similar to the Redford hat.
If I ever want to see all of the new Stetson's coming out soon I will probably have to do that, I went in a local hat store and they did not even know Stetson had new hats coming out or what an open crown hat was.
I would visit Delmonico's if I lived anywhere near them, that is good advice. I have never been to the store but I have dealt with them online and over the phone and their customer service and knowledge of the current hat market are second to none.
