    I'm wearing the Adventure conversion I finished last weekend. I made this one for myself, not a customer. It's made from a western hat body. Stiff, durable, and virtually immune to weather. 100% rabbit/hare.

    This week's creation. Handmade, slightly distressed, 100% beaver fur felt fedora. Double hat band ribbon and some leather cording. Then burned. Pounced completely by hand and blocked using an open crown block I made myself, then shaped by hand, the way God intended it. Haha

    Thanks! I'm no expert by any means. Jist a hobby I started a few months ago. This was my first hat using fur felt. All the others are wool. I figured it was cheaper to screw up wool while learning haha. I still have a lot of things to learn.

    I made this fedora last week. We'll call it "Adventurer" style. Rabbit fur felt. The band is a removable type I also made. It's temporary until the proper ribbon arrives. I also made the liner and hand-sewed in the sweatband. Pounced to 1,000 grit paper. It's incredibly light. Very comfortable...

    I made this. I hand-carved my own block, pounced the felt (wool), made the band, created a liner, stiffened it lightly, and hand-creased the crown. Mine. lol

    I cleaned it and gabe it a heavy steaming then ironed the brim. It had a harsh curl to it that wasn't right. It took the iron well and went back to it's normal shape. I also had to repair the Biltmore pin because the stickpin fell off when I removed it prior to cleaning. It turned out beautiful.

    I picked up this Biltmore Giorgio Cellini on bay. It came from Henry the Hatter in Detroit, but that is all I can figure out. Made in Canada.
