Greetings,
I have a brand new in the box Bogart Borsalino, size 59 (7 3/8) although I think this would also fit a 58 (7 1/4) with a little room.
FIRST CUT FELT! - stamped on the outside of the box, "Cut 1" this is the sought-after "First run" of the felt for this hat!
* medium-brimmed...
This is a brown Henry size 58 that has been tried on but never worn. It comes in an original mint Henry hatbox.
Please email or PM for pics I can send if interested.
I will let it go for $270.00 including delivery and a bottle of water repellant!
This hat is on Ebay:

That's "grey." ;) These hats were "tried on" a couple of times but never worn. Each comes with original mint AB Henry box. Loose Raiders bash on both which can easily be reworked to whatever you prefer. IM for pics I can email to you - having trouble posting pics here. $280.00 each including...
Grey PB Borsalino, size 7 3/8 that has never been worn. Brim is 2 3/4" on the sides and just under 3" in the front and back, crown is 4 3/4." If interested please PM me. I have pics that I can attach to an email for those interested, not sure how to post them here.
FYI - JFK
He never wore hats because he was incredibly vain about his hair. That's also why he would not try on the hat given to him by Peters Bros. on the morning of his assassination. Regards.
I am letting a few hats in my collection go, and wanted to see if anyone would be interested. One is the Seaplane Gray Peters Bros. Borsalino, size 7 3/8. It is in MINT condition with a front and back brim of 3" and 2 7/8" on the sides. It includes the Peters Bros box. I will let it go for...
Happy Holidays everyone. I just thought I would relate my Dave Brown "experience" to everyone. A few months ago I sent him an email with a description and some pictures of a hat that I wanted him to duplicate. After a coupe weeks with no response, I called him and managed to speak to him...
Speaking of Borsalino's...
One of our resident hatters (one hell of a Texan to be exact!) let me in on an interesting piece of Borsalino history. Guess who the official spokesperson for Borsalino was in the early part of the 20th century? Humphrey Bogart! Joe told me that Bogie was a huge fan...
Nice!
Nice Hat MK! That's my most recent hat as well. I fully agree with you on the PB Borsalino's, I think they are the best bet for an out of the box, shaped, ready to wear dress hat. I hope you enjoy yours as much as I do mine!
Dark Grey PBBM
I recently purchased both of the grey PBBM's, and they are both great. The new dark one would make a great Bogart hat as it has a tall crown, and Joe Jr. could simply cut the brim down. The lighter grey, or Seaplane as he calls it is indeed a bit floppier as ITG wrote. I am...
