Plastic in lining of vintage hats
I just recently won a hat on eBay, but was originally hesitant to get it for a few reasons. One of the reasons was the plastic in the top of the liner. Odd as it may sound, I have never personally experienced a hat with plastic on the top portion of the liner. I shave my dome down to the skin... -
