Fished this one out of the bay last week. I was quite taken with the mauve brim binding.
It's in wonderful shape. Only a strip of felt under the sweat and the perforated initials indicate prior ownership.
And it will go well with racoon!

I have diligently searched and have not found any threads here on the refrigerator ware made by Hall China beginning in the 30's. These were sets of storage dishes that were "gift" items with the purchase of Westinghouse, GE, Hotpoint, etc. refrigerators.
