    A-5 flight trousers

    I have originals of both and the A-5's are significantly lighter in weight by design. the shin pockets are zippered rather than the open patch pockets of the A-3 but in almost every other sense they are just a lightweight version. i can post a link for repros if you are interested?

    Eastman Monarch A-2 I dont get it!

    I took delivery of a second hand monarch from Eastman the other day. i love it. It fits trim and is exceptionally supple. A stiffer Eastman jacket would be a roughwear 27752 contract which is a heavy hide. maybe an exchange could be worked out (I dont care for the feel of the roughwears myself)...
