Got this for my wife but its too large...
Black with white polka dots pencil skirt. Silk (96% with 4% spandex). Has a lace up (in back), high waist, "waist cincher" top. The top has a hook and eye front, and a zipper(in addition to the laces). Made by Marciano for Trims.
