I'm admitting defeat. I bought these boots new from JK in WA, had them shipped to a friend who lugged them over to Europe for me, wore them for 2 weeks and finally had to admit... They're too big for me.
I wear a 42 EU so I'd guess they'd be ideal for a 43 or 44? I'd suggest going on the JK site to double check their measurement system.
You can't get a better boot than these. Similar to Nicks, Drews, Whites or the other Pacific Northwest Boots.

I'm in Oostende Belgium though I'm about to go on a tour through Europe so if you're very interested I could drag them along if you happen to be somewhere I'm going. Normally these have a waiting time to get made then are very expensive to ship to the EU.
