Is there a fix for moth bites? Can they be sanded or filled with looosened fibers?

If you do a search, HarpPlayerGene has done an FAQ on just such a method. The gist of it is to sand off some "donor" fur from a discrete location (under the brim or liner, for example), and slowly build up the divot with the "donor fur" and glue.

Some have done so. I have never had much success when I tried to do it. eventually I decided I don't mind them so much as they just add to the personality of the hat. As long as the hat isn't just eaten up with them.
