Pants Rises of the 20th Century

I was wondering, what were the pants rises throughout the 20th century? I know for certain that early 50s and earlier are all high rise, but what about late 50s, and later? When did pants rises become extremely low?

The lowest point (during the mid part of the Century) for both men and women was about from 1966 to late 60's, pretty much the same time when the bottom hrm started to flare out (beofre the all out bell bottom). The absolute lowest though is hard to tell, however towards the end of the 60's rises started to rise (no pun intended) where the 70's went back high
