hey folks...I read that a pomp requires a different haircut than the regular SB&S...is this true? I always thought that you just kinda "sculpt" it...

There's different kinds of pompadours. I don't like what you see 90% of the rockabillies with the shaved sides. Look at Elvis circa 1956 the sides were thick and long, same with Eddie Cochran and Gene Vincent. But one thing in common is the long front, the bangs need to atleast come down to your nose when pulled out.

The magic combo for me this week is Crew Fiber in the front, and Crew Grooming Cream on the sides.
