red marks on fedora

On my Optimo fedora ther seems to be some red marks form around the top of the crown and on the inner under side of the brim. Is it a chemical reaction or just wear? How would i fix this problem?I really don't want to part with this hat so help fixing this problem would be great. Thank you.

Could you post a picture? It's hard to tell exactly what you mean from just a description.

Yes, but it will take awhile.They are not very visible nor noticeable except if I were to show the underneath of the brim.
