Vintage Earmuffs That Work Well With Hats

These earmuffs are of Euro orgin and probably 1930s or older.

They work well with hats.

Those are beautiful! Where would one even find a pair of vintage earmuffs?

I find it interesting that the band is exposed metal - not surprising, considering its age - but a curious difference than the cheap $7 pairs of today.

As a kid I have a few pairs of those - my Grandmother gave them to me. What I would give to have them now!

I see them all the time on the German and Austrian eBay sites.

All the ones I have seen have exposed metal. I believe they were designed for hat wear. I didn't notice any discomfort wearing them.
