Interesting that from Art's colour samples, the black cherry seems to be a bit darker than oxblood, I'm not so sure now after seeing this.

Having said that, there is more light on the front row of hats so hard to tell.
Both very nice colours though.

As I found out when taking pics of my black hat, black and black cherry like to **** up the light from the camera... Now I am not a professional photographer or even close... But i found that by putting the black hat in front of snow or something lighter behind it takes a more true shot of the color.....

But hey, what do I know, I am just a man with keyboard.... LOL

The black cherry is a darker hat than oxblood, with a purple tone as opposed to the red of the oxblood. They are both hard colors to capture because they react so much to light. I have a picture of them together that I will try to find that may represent them better.

If you are talking about the bottom row second from the end of the right hand side, I believe he said it is light sage...

Pair of Arts

Here's a picture of my small but tastefull (and tasty) family of VS's.

A Sunset and a Black Cherry, I love 'em both. Both are wonderful, hard to define colors. I currently am in line for a Rust. Sounds like the start of a great addiction; hmmmm....I wonder if this is how Charlie Sheen started?...
