They appear to be wool flannel or possibly tweed. Gents would often wear their suit trousers with leathers back in the day.

It's a Bootlegger based on the slimmer '30s style HalfBelt. Trimmer body and sleeves with button cuffs.

Thanks for all your comments! and to buttMT61 for posting it on my behalf. I am very pleased with the jacket, which fits just right. Hoosier is spot on with his comment, it is in fact a Hybrid between the bootlegger and the 30's Halfbelt.
The trousers are original late 30's early 40's flannel, with the option of braces or a belt. And the hat is a 1940's Richman Brothers fedora. And my footwear are Redwings.

Superb looking jacket! My own Bootlegger (standard pattern otherwise, but with Deluxe 30s halfbelt cuffs) was my first Aero, and still a real favourite. I'm hoping eventually to be able to buy a second - in brown FQHH, this time (although I'm *seriously* considering Russett goat....), with no zip in the ****** pocket, and a Buco D-pocket style arrangement on the front. Hmmnn.....

Thanks Fedoralover... I don't have any shots of the jacket from the back at the moment, but will try and get some posted. To get the look of the jacket i asked them to make it as slim fitting as possible,( like a 30's jacket would have been worn) and when giving my chest size, let them know i would only be wearing a waistcoat at the most underneath. So did not intend to be wearing alot of layers. And for the jacket to look high waisted, to wear with my high waisted trousers.
The jacket is a very snug fit, but has room for movement. Hope this helps.
