I am a dead on 24". Right out of the box, I can put it on but could not wear it for any length of time = too snug.
I'd have to put my band block in it to put it back to my size.
I'd say it is between a 7 1/2 & 7 5/8 Long Oval. HTH

PS = tried to do circumference measure with my tape & got 23 1/2"
