Thank you for the kind words, dh66. I've been working on having a bad attitude for years now.

My pal, Al, paid me a visit this afternoon. He arrived with his Selentino Olive, (we bought it together at an insurance loss store, Building 19 for $19.95) so I had to meet him with my Dobbs 5th Ave. Any comments on the new eyeglasses? They're Skaga, from Scandinavia, and I have them on a trial basis.

I do like the glasses and your "P" attire. The Skaga frame you are wearing provokes the image of a person with a bit more attitude and style. I am a big fan of the mix of trend and tradition that their line works to acheive. As to the exactness of the fit (size/frame shape) others will have to offer their sage wisdom.

:eusa_doh: A man with his own style, Eric -

Cattus Petasatus:congrats on the grand baby

T Jones: excellent raiders

Sbg: those "not so thin" ribbons make a great casual hat

Job: I've been trying to figure that out. It was sold as a fed 4 heritage grade, but it is stamped federation deluxe and has a different bow than my carbon Grey that is stamped fed iv, and it seems a bit taller than my fed iv, but either way, I'm enjoying it.

Thanks my friend but I can't take credit for the Raiders fedora. That honor goes to Orangegrad. He's the one who's pictured wearing it. Although I wish I had one like that though. I'm the guy who's wearing a Bradford OR clone a couple pages back....btw, I like your Fed! Very nice!

A rebuild of a hat I made for myself a few years ago and which I hadn't worn much since. Nothing "wrong" with it the way it was, it just wasn't as "right" as it could be. So I took it apart and made it more to my liking.

David - I definitely like that Stetson. Very clean lines. Perfect ribbon. Do you know approximately when it was manufactured?

Thanks, Andy. I'm not very good at dating these models, but I'd say mid 50's would be pretty close. Here are some shots of this hat that Buler posted some time ago ago: Stetson 7XCB

Looking good with the Garrision today.

Beaut of a Stetson, David. Simply perfect!

Thanks, Charlie. Nice cap for you today and I like the photo of you and your friend too.

DJH, Beautiful 7X CB! Really nice indeed!

Thanks, TJ. You can't sell the Bradford, it looks great on you.

David, thanks. Happy Friday for you too! Wonderful choice for Friday!

Thanks, Manfred

David, lovely Stetson!

Cheers, Hatto! I like the VS you were wearing today

Sam - the Selentino is a good look for you.

DJH; It truly is a beautiful 7X CB. That is a hat that dreams are made of.

Thank you, Eric. This is one of my best hats, for sure.

Nice All-American!

Rob - very nice lookig Fed IV

Che - I love the Black Milan. Something like that is on my wishlist for next summer.

Alan - yep, it's Fur Friday alright!

Tony - great looking hat. I really like that ribbon style you've been using of late.
