Me too... If I tried to get back in the drainpipes these days, I'd look like humpty dumpty.

It also occurs to me that the fabric used for the outer shell of this peacoat would make a cracking lining for a Winter leather jacket.

I think this thread was more of a "let's practice our comedy routine" more than any downright hatred of the jacket. It certainly is VERY far from the worst thing I've ever seen.

There used to be a guy who hung around the men's room at Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan years ago. He had a dyed black pompodour, Elvis shades, and that exact jacket. I guess somebody at Schott's was getting nostalgic.
