Is there a name for this brim edge curl?

Homburg style hats require a special flange that can vary in degree of curve. The edge curls can vary too (see the P. & C. Habig Wien I posted in this thread). Proper brim vs. crown stiffness is important. Also terms can be language and time specific.

If you expand (click on photo) the following photo you can see the man on the far right at the first table working on a Homburg style brim (not sure what they would have called it) on a special Flange (also various other stacked on the wall to the left). The lady at the far left is applying the brim binding. This was specialized work that had its on department / section. There wasn't any guessing going on.

Yeah , he had to stop taking orders and catch up . His wife had colon cancer and passed away in January , but he just got behind going though all that . He's been back about 2 months , I think .
