I've been struggling to determine which suits you better... the stylish tureen or the lovely hat you are wearing today. It's a very close call, but I'm going to choose today's selection (but only by a smidgen).

Every lid looks better than the last on Est! But now we need a conversion chart for smidgens...

Thanks Red. This one was made in Canada before Biltmore closed their long time Canadian factory and moved to Texas. Don't know if they were bought out or same owners retained possession of the name. The "Rosellini" was supposed to be the top of their line hat. Finely pounced/softest finished, nicely tacked hat. See the thread called "Top quality Biltmore" for more info.

Thanks, I always look to you for my continuing education. I will be looking more at the Canadian Biltmore hats.

The felt hat is lightweight and is unlined, very malleable

The proportions are those of a homburg pretty impressive

High crown and large curled brim

It is one of my favorites for its wearability
