Another 90+ day is calling for a well ventilated hat. Stevens

On the sweat it says Milairo. Probably a plasti-straw.

Have a great Friday,
Michael
I like the contrasting binding and weave on that poly. It is just one cool looking hat. Stay cool under it.

It is a sacred day among my people.

Yes, friends, it's National Donut Day, dunk 'em if you got 'em!

Driving six hours north into Washington state for a family wedding. An outdoor garden wedding, so a fine straw is in order. My selection of hats for this trip are all NW Hats customs. I'm taking a couple of straws (Lt. Blue Duplex and Cuenca Straw) and the Slats Gill Playboy clone for evening dinners. The trip should be sunny and nice so I'll wear the Mike Miller straw with an OSU orange pug. I'll be venturing into WSU Cougar country, have to represent.

Posting my Cavangh here today because I just reblocked and creased it last night and am very pleased with the results.

I don't have very many hats, so sometimes i wear the same one 2-3 days in a row. We all have our own particular taste/style for what we like in our selection of head gear. I tend to gravitate to stingy brims and brim snapped up. In an earlier post I have this same hat on with the brim snapped down... Looked cool, but I really prefer the brim up. So for today, I'm still wearing my early 1960s Cervo.
I also wear my sunglasses at night.

Yard chores in my go to summer yard hat. My goal was to make small things out of big things.

(No hat was harmed in the above pic.)

Yard chores complete and I am heading out for shopping errands. I picked up a vtg. Stetson Stratoliner for my excursion. This hat was in a stack with another Stratoliner and the Mallory Dallas thin ribbon from this morning. Hard to tell them all apart without peering into the liners.
