I'm going to go out on a limb and say this is the most verifiable piece of magic ever to come out of Roswell, NM. The little imprint at the front of the sweatband connects this hat with the Frank H. Lee Hat Company of Danbury, CT.

Quite possible I would guess. The seller told me 50's, I was skeptical, but it was NOS and in great condition and the price was on the low end in my mind. So, when I looked on publius forum and matched up the stetson logo and crest design I figured it in the 60's. But, I'm no expert by any means.....
