Better pics of the ******** corset (new bathroom too, I got promoted)

The lace-up section bothers me a lot more than I thought it would... makes it fit great but it's a bit outta my wheelhouse. Wondering if something like a Dominator wouldn't get me most of the way there without the lace, I love the style but the back is making me feel like I've gotta make sure nobody sees me from any angle barring head-on
