Hi, guys. I recently bought a MC leather jacket. I dont know the right fit of it. Is the sleeve lengths too long?

Do you have some recommendations for shorter sleeve leather jacket brand?
I am 5 foot 10. in size 44. All my stock size 44 jackets' sleeve lengths are around 26.75 to 27 inches which is 1 inches too long for me. The right sleeve lengths for me is around 25~25.5 inches lengths, But it's hard to find a non-custom stock size 44 with this sleeve lengths.

Do you know any specific brand or model of jacket for shorter arm man?

Thanks

What do you guys think of the fit? If I zip up the zipper, the sleeve is snug like Michelin tire man. Should I shorten it?

Here is the back pics

Although some might argue that length would be good for riding, I agree those look a bit long for casual use. I don’t ride myself and I prefer my sleeves to end just above the thumb. In my case that means going custom, since most off the rack jackets have too short sleeves for me.
In comparison with most members here, I have not tried that many jackets or brands, but in my experience Schott has somewhat shorter sleeves. My size 42 perfecto has only about 25-25.5 inches in the sleeves. Lots of vintage Schott on EBay so that might be worth looking into.

I agree that the sleeves are a bit long.
I like my sleeve to end between my wrist bone and the first knuckle of the thumb. To me at 6'2" that means a sleeve length of around 25.5 to 26.5".
Shortening a sleeve is a pretty intense job, it is usually done at the pit end, not at the wrist end, and i can't imagine the work it would be to do that with a jacket with all that lacing. Make sure you find someone qualified if you attempt it.
As @torfjord said, Schott will most likely be a good fit on you, they usually have pretty small drop from chest to waist and shorter than average sleeves. They are designed for big boys rather than V shaped people, at least that has been my experience. They can be found cheap on eBay, i just got a brand new looking CHP on eBay for $350 which i think is what you paid for this one.

Thanks Carlos. I just measure it. The sleeve lengths are 28 inches long. My arm lengths are 25.25 inches. I may wear it for some times to see how it goes. It does hit my waist bone if I pull up the zipper, But the sleeve looks so snug.. like that tire man.

if I recall it correctly, you are living in UK. How do you handle the shipping from ebay? Sadly, Canada charges 32% duties on clothings even used.

The sleeve are so long that they stack up and creat that michelin man look you mention.
I'm afraid the only way you will get rid of that look is by shortening them.

Regarding taxes, yes i get hit by them everytime i order somethign from the US.
In the UK pretty much every international parcel gets hit, no way around it.
The Schott jacket i mentionned above was shipped using the eBay global shipping program, and that added $100 in import taxes.
Had i used UPS or a regular shipping service i would have probably paid a little bit less, but not much.

The first thing to begin with is whether you are a serious rider or you want to wear this type of jacket for non-riding situations. I have to tell you that I ride year round and longer sleeves help keep the cold wind from getting to my arms. My main riding jacket falls to the crease where my thumb meets my hand. It is perfect for riding my naked 1999 Wide Glide with mini-apes which cause my arms to be high and forward. Like the style, but it puts your hands into the wind and opens you to the cold. Good gloves and extra long sleeves are quite welcome.

I will also state that one rider knows another by such details. We grin in recognition - even without wearing any silly logo apparel items.

I have the opposite size need and bought a cheap FMC jacket because they had tall size available. Have not looked for shorter sizes Viewed it as disposable, but it held up far better than expected and is not babied. Been through storms, ice and scraping as I crawled under vehicles.
