Query Regarding Vintage Necktie

Hello everyone!

I have recently been gifted what seems to be a vintage necktie. I'm curious if anyone could help provide me some information regarding what the value of this tie, if it has any, might be and also the history behind it. For now I intend on keeping it, but it's gotten me quite curious as to the backstory of it.

It's a red tie, with the old Hanover Trust Company logo printed across it. The back says "Made Expressly For Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company by Palm Beach Company"

I've been looking and can't find much in the way of details regarding the manufacturer. Hanover Trust has a long history, but unfortunately I can't find enough details to help me date or value this tie in my collection.

If there are any tie experts or history buffs who could tell me more about this tie, I'd appreciate it! Thanks!

I read through that thread quite a bit prior to posting, and the tag doesn't match the one on this tie, hence the inquiry. Oddly enough on the end of the tie there is no small tag that states "100% Silk" with additional details as every other tie I have has, and there's no trace of it having been removed. It appears to have been made without it which makes me wonder if it was a special order by the company? I haven't been able to find any comparable ties online either. The link to the one you posted is similar, but that one is polyester and has an H and a 46 on it, but this one has the H logo from the company and pretty much no other details. It was definitely made for the bank by Palm Beaxh

Maybe the name is just coincidentally similar to the company we're familiar with since I think they JUST went by Palm Beach, not Palm Beach Company. I can't recall anything Palm Beach-related NOT being made of some iteration of the Goodall fabric.

You may be right given the Palm Beach is based in Cincinnati and the Palm Beach Co seems to be in NY. The two examples of the Palm Beach Co ties hereinabove are either company or club ties made under order.
There is however news about the Palm Beach going public in NYSE so the company may have somehow changed direction under new ownership.
