Thank you shoes! I have a large stainless pot that I use. I wet and steam the felt, and invert the hat into the pot. Then start curling sections around the pot brim. I also use plastic automotive wire loom that is split., and fits over the pot edge if I want a larger curl. Low budget stuff [emoji16].

You’ve really been rocking these wide brims lately Brent! It’s funny how fast tastes change. My OR’s are starting to feel kind of stingy and I’m preferring a true 3X6 or even 3 1/2
