What Jacket Are You Wearing Today?

The length looks fine to me but I like my sleeves a bit shorter. Long sleeves irritate me as they're always getting in the way.

Well, first off, I'm not asking for anyone to convince me of anything - I was just asking for some other thoughts - at the end of the day my own opinion is the only one that matters. Why do I care? Well, I dont really care, but isnt checking out and showing off your clothes and seeing what others think that the whole point of this thread, if not forum? I echo the comments of they look fine as is and too long is worse. They are a hair short but thats a common thing for me as well. I'd suspect a lot of peiple with longer arms and trim build. The rest of the world would never know and you may not have even thought about it twice yourself before tfl. If you don't ride and the jacket is for casual it really doesn't matter much anyhow. Its not like they are sid vicous short or anything.

Wearing my new McCoys Buco J100 - very comfortable, lovely grainy Shinki HH, my one issue is that, at a gangly 6'2, the sleeves are just on the cusp of being too short. I tried on a Flat Head cafe racer a while ago that had the same characteristic. Its not too bad though I don't feel - what do you fellas think? View attachment 209523

Beautiful jacket and I think the sleeves are fine. I have one or two jackets like that and to be honest slightly short sleeves are much less troubling to me than a slightly short back length.

Once your hands are on the steering wheel the sleeves will be halfway up your forearm. Which is ok if that sort of thing doesn't bother you, I know a lot of work jackets are made that way to keep your sleeves out of the way especially mechanic's jackets.

I like this response. I think you get it.
Sometimes it seems other people’s responses to questions are just their own fears and doubts projected to others. They will buy styles then question their own confidence to wear such and turn around and ask other’s why they should care other’s opinions.
To me a cool jacket deserves some slack so it can be.....worn!
